Youth Programs

The chapter works with kids through our partnerships with Lachat Farms and the Westport Library. We are a resource for any local Model United Nations programs: providing expertise and speakers through our connections at the UN and limited financial support.

Each year we work with several interns from Westport High School.

And our favorite guests at June Day are the kids, which usually make up 50% of our guests.

The Chapter has a long history of supporting local Model United Nations. If you are starting a program or are part of an established MUN, we can help. 

We offer:

  • Sponsorship of New Programs and limited financial aid to allow for students to participate in conferences and MUNs

  • Visit the United Nations

  • Speakers on topics related to MUN theme

  • Opportunity to co-sponsor programs and speakers
